Violet is an energetic woman who enjoys gardening. She is a good cook and loves to organise original meals. She loves to cook a variety of dishes ranging from soups, salads, pasta, fish and roasts to the more exotic escargot, fondues and lobster. She is also very good at making home made marmalade and a variety of pates. Albert is a retired mechanical engineer. He has worked all over the world and has a passion for making anything with wood, metal and stone. The farmhouse reflects his many talents as he designed and crafted all the metal doors and windows, two rustic fireplaces and wood burning oven not to mention all the electrics. He is also a keen gardener and loves to make wine from his own grapes. Together they love to take care of and maintain the farmhouse. They enjoy meeting guests from all over the world ensuring that guests are comfortable and that their stay is most enjoyable and unforgettable.
