Innkeepers: Chiara & Frank

Chiara is a mother of five. Before embarking into this business, Chiara worked with foreign students, managed a printing press and also produced a local television programme. She has a passion for languages, outdoor activities, Maltese history and is a good cook who is always keen to learn and collect recipes from around the world. She loves making homemade marmalades and jams using locally grown fruits such as lemons, oranges, strawberries and peaches. She delights guests with delicious seasonal dishes presented with homemade wine and limoncello (a delicious lemon liquor). She is keen on meeting people from different countries and cultures.

Frank is a musician. He has presented and performed on local television programmes and having studied piano from the age of six and attended the Back Conservatorium in Amsterdam, he is well known in the local scene and plays for weddings and parties and business functions and also performs in local executive hotels.
