  • Fresh Garden Salad made from a variety of greens including rukola and butter lettuce, cherry tomatoes, mange tout, pimentos, walnuts, feta cheese or goats cheese etc. garnished with olive oil and balsamic vinegar

  • Fresh marrow soup made with onions, marrows or courgettes, olive oil freshly ground pepper and salt blended into a creamy texture and served with croutons and fresh cream

  • Fresh fish in season cooked under the grill and garnished with Maltese olive oil with lemon jus and fresh from the garden mint or parsley

  • Fresh pork loin roasted golden with garlic and white wine garnished with fresh Rosemary and freshly ground pepper served with blanched vegetables and sautéed potatoes

  • Spaghetti with rabbit sauce made with onions, garlic, fresh tomatoes, spices, white wine, bay leaf and freshly ground pepper served with parmesan cheese

  • Fresh fruit salad made from local fruit in season.

  • Crème brulee

  • Served from 9 am  (special arrangements can be catered for)

  • Served in the Breakfast/ dining area and/ or courtyard


  • Packed Lunch is available by special request if not pre-booked    (Euro 7 per person)
