• Minimum stay required (1 night)
• Smoking is allowed in limited areas (only outdoor area)
• Children and babies are welcome and are well catered for
• Childcare is provided (on request)
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (fine wines only)
• Deposit amount required (50% when booking. Full payment on arrival in cash.)
• Check in time is Flexible and Check out time is 10 am (Please be sure to give us your approximate time of arrival so we will be expecting you)
• Breakages must be paid for

Cancellations:

• Notice must be received 60 days in advance for total refund less € 100.00 cancellation fee
