Author: Dane Munro, from Melbourne Australia, has resided in Malta since 1993. His study and research projects are in the specialised area of Neo-Latin epigraphy and funerary art, especially those related to the Knights of St. John. He studied at the University of Malta and currently is reading his PhD in this specialisation at the State University of Groningen, the Netherlands. |

Photographer: Maurizio Urso was born in Rome, Italy, and was fascinated with photography from a very young age. He studied at the Istituto Superiore di Fotografia in Rome. His photographs were widely published in magazines and books, such as, Gozo the Roots of an Island, Roman Malta--Malta Romana, Malta and Gozo (History and Culture) and History and Works of Art St. John's Church at Valletta. |
